Below are pictures of work we've undertaken and recorded on our mobile devices.
Some jobs easier than others and some that were a real conundrum!
Never the less we can honestly say we always finished on time and always to the quote given!

It's Show time!
Our client (pictured) came to us with this project which was "I have a show in a couple of weeks and the blade does not work on my 1950s Calfdozer can you fix it?" - and we did! We stripped down the ram and hydraulic pump, rebuilt them, made new pipes and fitted. Our client got to his show in Wellend and used the machine for 3 days solid.

Scrap Yard Troubles
Our client had an early 90s high rise cab with an excessive leaking leg ram; "No problem!...just a quick reseal?"... if only! The pins and bushes were solid and needed to be cut out, once we got it off site and back to our workshop we stripped the ram down fitted a new rod and eye along with a new seal kit. Once tested we manufactured some new pins to replace
and refit the original pins that we had to destroy in order to remove. The result? The machine is now
back in action and moving material with ease.

The Sky's the Limit!
Our client contacted us with a very specific requirement for a cherry picker that needed to be compact, electric and
have a 10m lift, through our contacts we got our client the machine they required and delivered within 5 days of the initial enquiry - and UNDER budget!

Cutting the Wait
Specialist forks were required for this machine but the lead time was weeks, we got around this by carrying out the work ourself, with our coded welding facility and correct cutting equipment we had this back to the customer within DAYS rather than weeks.
